Toenail Fungus Treatment Center

Symptoms of a Toenail Fungus Infection

Toenail fungus can turn your nails yellow, thick, and crumbly or brittle, making you ashamed to wear those open-toed sandals of yours! The longer you hide your problem, though, the more difficult it is to get rid of, and the more likely symptoms will worsen, including a foul odor and even pain. As if that isn’t enough, the fungus can spread, not only to your other toenails but also to other people. At the first signs of trouble, call on us to help.

Treatment of a Toenail Fungus Infection

After an examination, you and Dr. Kelly will discuss treatment options. Treatment is personalized for you to fit your health history and desires. Toenail fungal infection treatments include topical and oral medications, as well as, a non-pharmaceutical laser treatment. Laser treatment is available for those who do not want to take oral medications. Others are open to short bursts of oral medications or topical medications to complement the laser treatment. Dr. Kelly may suggest Keryflex a temporary nail replacement technology, or a Pedipeel to help feet that may have cracked heels or athletes foot.
